What Oltier is
Oltier is a platform that lets local shops list their products and receive orders. The shop sells to you: the shop sets prices, packs and hands over or delivers the order, collects payment and issues the receipt or tax invoice. Oltier does not sell products itself and does not collect payments in this version.
Your account
You sign in with your mobile number. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. You must be 18 or older.
Orders
- Prices and availability come from the shop and can change until you place the order. The total shown at checkout is what you pay.
- The shop may accept, partly accept (if some items are not available) or reject an order. Unaccepted orders are cancelled automatically.
- You can cancel before the shop starts preparing your order, and in the other cases shown in the app.
- Give the 4-digit code only when you receive your order.
Fair use
Don't place fake orders, abuse shop staff or misuse the service. Repeated no-shows may switch off cash on delivery for your account, and serious misuse may lead to blocking.
For shops
Shops must give true business details, sell only lawful goods they are allowed to sell (medical shops: over-the-counter items only), honour the prices they list and follow consumer and tax laws, including issuing receipts or invoices.
Problems and refunds
Report a problem with an order in the app within 48 hours of receiving it. Because payment is made to the shop, refunds or replacements are given by the shop; Oltier support helps resolve the issue.
Liability
The shop is responsible for the products it sells. Oltier is responsible for running the platform with reasonable care, to the extent allowed by law.
