Delete your Oltier account

In the app

1. Open the Oltier app and go to Account.
2. Tap Delete account and enter the code we send to your phone.
3. You are signed out on all devices right away.

If you own a shop, close it or ask support to transfer it first. Orders in progress must be completed first.

What happens next

• Your account is deactivated immediately.
• After 30 days we erase your name, phone number, addresses, saved items, followed shops and notifications.
• If you sign in again within those 30 days, the deletion is cancelled.
• Records of past orders and invoices are kept without your personal details, because tax law requires shops to keep them.

Can't use the app?

Email support@oltier.com from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and the mobile number of the account. We will confirm with a code sent to that number.
